Designers Create Presidential Inauguration Items

With the recent economic crisis, people are in a frenzy and are excited about change with the new president. The presidential inauguration is coming up soon and s few designers have created merchandise for the "Runway to Change" initiative.

The new limited edition designer pieces include two tote bags by Tory Burch and Diane von Furstenberg, a scarf by Alexander Wang, and T-shirts by Zac Posen, Donna Karan, Juicy Couture, Narciso Rogriguez, Derek Lam, Rachel Roy, Gerald Matthews, and House of Dereon.

New York Fashion Week - Donna Karan

Donna Karan had a slouchy draping theme to all of her pieces in New York Fashion Week. Some of the draping fabric was reined in with w structured jacket, but the dresses in particular were meant to hang loose. Metallics, and neutral colours were the palette.
